Zig Zag 777 First impressions

Zig Zag 777 from the get go is a typically white label type bitcoin casino, with beautiful graphics from the latest games from some of the biggest providers of online gaming software such as SoftSwiss and NetEnt. This also means that almost all of the games featured or at least those promoted as far as we could see, are of the slots variety.

Possibly capitalizing on the growing mobile and hand-held devices market, new users are also encouraged to download their app for mobile play, something many gambling portals are now keen to do to ensure maximum participation from players.

Available in English and Russian languages, there’s a clear Euro-centric market that excludes North America, UK and other parts of Western Europe (among others) due to player restrictions.

Gameplay

With hundreds of slots titles to spend your credits on and a myriad of progressive Jackpots to aim for, Zig Zag 777 is bound to keep you entertained for hours. But if you’re searching for a bit more participation in your gambling, you can also try out their selection of table games under the section Casual Games or try a few rounds of Video Poker.

Hidden within the table games are some NetEnt sponsored Live Dealer games, mostly dealing in Roulette. While the dealers we saw are top-notch, these don’t compare very well to higher-end Live Casinos we’ve seen who have faster streaming at HD, more camera angles and more game selections.

As with most other gambling sites hosting provided content and software, we found it necessary to tweak our browser settings a little to allow Flash content, for example. However, with Zig Zag 777, it proved to be slightly more bothersome, especially on Live Dealer gaming. So if you’re aggressively ad-blocking and script-blocking on your browser (like we certainly are), you’re going to have to whitelist several sites to view content properly.

They do seem to be better at proving fairness, with certification available from independent labs as well as audits from Technical Systems Testing, which you can view. It adds to the professionalism you’d expect from a licensed casino. However,  it doesn’t feature an independently verifiable provably fair system now ubiquitous with crypto casinos.

Payments and Bonuses

If you’re able to register, the site will offer you a myriad of payment methods based on the country you registered from. Otherwise, the most common methods will be available to you, including Visa/Mastercard credit cards, Skrill, Sofort, Neteller and TrustPay, to name a few.

They accept EUR and RUB as fiat while Bitcoins are the only cryptocurrency available here.

Deposit limits are from EUR 10 to EUR 5,000 (or their equivalent), which you need to wager 1x before you can withdraw to avoid a 10% penalty. Your daily withdrawal limit is EUR 1,500; this is limited to EUR 3,000 weekly and EUR 9,000 monthly.

If you’re depositing for the first time, you can claim up to EUR 200 as a 100% First Deposit bonus. Take advantage of a 40% bonus of up to EUR 1,000 if you deposit on Saturdays and Sundays. These bonuses have a 40x rollover requirement, but be sure to check out which games count towards them (only slots contribute 100% and some table games give 10%).

More bonus money can be accumulated by exchanging Loyalty Points, that you will collect for every EUR 50 you wager. Ask a friendly staff on Live Chat for a 15% Cashback bonus on your losses as well, for EUR 20 to EUR 1,000 a week. You may find it pretty pointless, though, as all bonuses have the same 40x rollover requirement. Let’s face it, if you’ve wagered or lost enough money to claim the loyalty and cashback bonus, their rollover requirements can make it pointless.

Summary

While the slick surface and keenness for mobile access – complemented by a recognised gambling license from Curacao and an operational entity in Gibraltar – gives Zig Zag 777 a highly professional image, there’s not much else to distinguish them from the host of other casinos taking advantage of online white label gambling solutions. Their rather unattractive bonus also can’t make good comparisons to competitors.

Always worth a try for the variety of slots, though.
